The EuropeActive Professional Standards Committee is focused on the development of the educational standards that define the competencies required for people working in the fitness and physical activity sector. This is part of the process of developing a Sector Qualifications Framework (SQF), which in turn is based on the eight levels of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
We would appreciate your contribution to these very important projects for the European fitness and physical activity sector as the more experts involved in the development of the Standards that make up the SQF, the better. Therefore, we need your support.
Please see the below 'Requirements Profiles' developed by a PSC-lead pan-European technical expert group (TEG), which are now at the external consultation process as the next step towards finalisation.
